A/R Associate Trainee Job Summary:
The A/R Associate Trainee job involves analysis of receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to get reimbursed. This will include a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up along with undertaking appropriate denial and appeal management procedures. On the job training will be provided.
- Any undergraduate / graduate degree with minimum six months of experience
- Ability to analyse data and relate to various systems a must
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills a must
- Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with US customers
Undergraduates with minimum six months experience. Graduates fresher’s. Prior experience in US RCM preferred.
