Shivaraman Iyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GeBBS. Over a career spanning more than 22 years, Shivaraman has built an impeccable and illustrious record in the areas of equity financing, originating banking credit lines, debt financing and structured financing with expertise in areas such as FP&A, investor diligence, business modeling and forecasting, technical accounting, change management, international operations, and global tax strategy. He has successfully built and developed management information systems, strengthened, and grown finance teams, set up investor relations functions, and managed costs through process improvements and benchmarking.

Prior to joining GeBBS, Shivaraman was associated with Edelweiss Wealth Management. He was also associated with various financial institutions such as DE Shaw India Securities, Avendus Capital, and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets.
