Milind Godbole, PhD ("MG") is a visionary leader and strategic executive with a proven history of implementing innovative revenue streams, directing corporate strategy across all levels of an organization, and building strong, client-focused, high-performance teams.

As the CEO/Managing Director and a member of the board of directors at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, MG employs a data-driven approach to align process, people, and technology, fostering organizational growth, refining product strategies, and maximizing the value delivered to client organizations through GeBBS' innovative solutions. He has an established track record of driving digital transformation-oriented growth for enterprises, executing business turnarounds, and managing successful acquisitions.

Before joining GeBBS, MG served as the Chief Operating Officer at Minacs (now Concentrix), a prominent business and technology outsourcing firm, where he was instrumental in shaping business strategies and improving corporate performance. His career also includes a significant tenure at MphasiS as Chief Operating Officer. MG has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 clients across the United States, EMEA, and India, with a focus on optimizing business strategies.

MG holds a PhD in Technology Management from NMIMS University, specializing in AI, Business Process Modeling, and Prescriptive Analytics. He also has master's degrees in electronic engineering and business administration, with a focus on sales and marketing.

Kiran Kumar serves as the Chief Sales and Solutions Officer for GeBBS. Kiran has over 22+ years of experience in Operations management, Business Development & Client Management.

Kiran is certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt and is a graduate of GE’s Global Leadership Program.

Steven Russell is the Chief Operating Officer (US) In his role, he is the executive responsible for growth and client expansion who ensures that GeBBS is meeting our clients’ needs with regards to account management, communications and execution throughout the lifecycle.

Steven has been with the company since 2016. He has 25+ years of executive leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Corporate Development in commercial healthcare IT. He has also led sales organizations in the U.S. and globally, and has been a senior executive with public companies as well as growth-oriented private equity owned companies in the healthcare sector that include QuadraMed, Aperio, Quantros, and Leidos Health.

Veerendra Sheregar is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He is responsible for the overall information and cyber security strategy enabling enterprise security and its implementation across GeBBS. He is closely associated with driving and monitoring the company’s Information Security policy and procedure.  He has successfully implemented and managed industry-certified security certifications like Hi-Trust, NIST CSF, Soc 2 Type II, and PCI compliances.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and certified information Systems Manager (CISM) professional having over 2 decades of experience in the field of Cybersecurity and Information security domain. 

Ashutosh Gupta is the Chief Marketing Officer at GeBBS, bringing more than 24 years of experience in strategic marketing and brand management. He has a proven track record of utilizing data-driven insights and creative strategies to foster growth and innovation.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and, prior to joining GeBBS, held significant leadership positions in the CPG, manufacturing, and advertising industries.

Shivaraman Iyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GeBBS. Over a career spanning more than 22 years, Shivaraman has built an impeccable and illustrious record in the areas of equity financing, originating banking credit lines, debt financing and structured financing with expertise in areas such as FP&A, investor diligence, business modeling and forecasting, technical accounting, change management, international operations, and global tax strategy. He has successfully built and developed management information systems, strengthened, and grown finance teams, set up investor relations functions, and managed costs through process improvements and benchmarking.

Prior to joining GeBBS, Shivaraman was associated with Edelweiss Wealth Management. He was also associated with various financial institutions such as DE Shaw India Securities, Avendus Capital, and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets.

As the Chief Operating Officer (APAC) at GeBBS, Hoshi Mistry is responsible for the global operations of the company.  He brings more than 25 years of experience to GeBBS, with his entrepreneurial mindset and past stints as a facilitator and builder of world-class global teams, with a specialty in delivering solutions in critical, complex, and collaborative contexts. He has a proven track record of success with turnkey solutions ranging from process consulting to implementation across a $150 million portfolio.

With GeBBS, Hoshi will take up responsibilities for business operations, global service delivery, business excellence, and implementing technology-driven services and solutions. 

Aparna is a Chief Human Resource Officer with over two decades of progressive experience working with Indian and Global Multi National Organizations. She brings with her wide range of experience in driving people priorities cutting across Manufacturing, IT Product Development, Retail and Health Care domains.

Prior to joining GeBBS, she has been associated with large corporations like GE, HCL, Tesco, Trent, Optum in leadership capacities. She brings holistic and deep experience in Talent Management and Transformation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HR Technologies, Compliances, Change Management, Mergers and Acquisitions. 

She has proven to be a dynamic leader with a focus on building strong partnerships and a diverse employee-driven company culture. Over the past 15 years she has been in various management and leadership roles building country and geo level HR strategies focusing on value creation and large scale transformation programs.

Neha Palan is Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at GeBBS. She manages Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Management Assurance & Sustainability functions. She has more than 18 years of experience in Governance, Risk, Information Security & Compliance services and has worked with major conglomerates in IT/ITES, Telecom, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing & Retail sectors. Her expertise in managing risks along with the understanding of regulatory & privacy laws have helped in building strong internal control environment that can cater to and sustain growth & dynamic business environment challenges.

Prior to joining GeBBS she has worked with Tech Mahindra - BPS group and has been pioneer in setting up Risk & Compliance function. She has also worked with professional consulting firms like KPMG and Mahajan & Aibara advising clients on GRCS matters.

Kalil Diaz is the CEO of CCD Health, a division of GeBBS Healthcare Solutions based in the Dominican Republic providing tech-enabled patient access services. He has been CEO since 2017 after leading a successful acquisition via his own search fund investment fund. Under his tenure, the company has expanded revenue 5x+ and currently oversees the division with over 1,200 employees across two sites in the Dominican Republic.

Kalil has prior experience in structured finance working at GE Capital. He holds an MBA from the Yale University, and Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
