GeBBS Healthcare Solutions announced that it has signed two new contracts for providing BPO support services. One of the contracts is with an institutional pharmacy in California and the other is with a retail pharmacy chain in the Northeast.
GeBBS has significant expertise in providing billing and other back office support to pharmacies. GeBBS pharmacy back office staff is very well versed with Medication, Treatment – medicated and non medicated treatment, Plan of Care jobs for all Acute and Chronic diseases, entering patient administration information that include demographic details, payer information, allergies and diagnosis.
The client in California is an institutional pharmacy serving long term care facilities and nursing homes. GeBBS’ RCM services to the pharmacy include: Accounts Receivables, Billing, Payment Posting, A/R Reconciliation and Rejection Handling. Other BPO services include Face Sheet data entry, Physician Order entry, Intakes data entry, Transcription and Ancillary Order Posting. For the retail pharmacy, GeBBS will be providing prescription sheet data entry services along with outstanding claims follow up.
