Anil Chanana is an independent business consultant in strategy and finance serving in the capacity of independent director and chair of the Audit Committee.

He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of HCL Technologies Limited (“HCLTech”) where he worked for more than 35 years and worked closely with the Board and its committees in formulating and executing strategic priorities. Anil got the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Award “CFO – Information Technology Sector category, 2015”.

Anil is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He completed the Advanced Financial Management Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He did his B.Com. (Hons.) from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi.
