This new facility has the capacity to accommodate 1,200 employees and adds to the company’s scalability to onboard clients of any size and meet the BPO needs of its ever-expanding healthcare client base.
The new facility also provides invaluable business continuity capabilities with GeBBS’ Mumbai and Manila locations. In all, GeBBS employs over 5,000 experienced RCM staff throughout the world supporting hospitals and providers across the United States.
GeBBS new facility is located in the IT Park of Aurangabad, a city that is part of India’s Smart Cities Mission, a project of the Central government in which, the government has targeted to develop 100 smart cities across the country. GeBBS Aurandabad facility draws from a highly competent workforce pool that is available from the many medical colleges located within the city. The new center has been certified by ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 27001: 2015 and SSAE 16 standards.
