Paul has significant experience working with a wide array of health service companies. Paul was the Chief Financial Officer for VetCor Professional Practices, LLC, where he managed all financial activities for the $350 million revenue company. Paul has also been CFO of companies in the physical therapy, medical laboratory, specialty pharmaceutical and surgery center health care subsectors. During his time as CFO of healthcare companies, Paul played an integral role in business development, capital raising and recapitalizations, financial and operational improvements, program redesigns and contract negotiations, which resulted in significant cost savings and revenue generation.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from New York University.
